Any type of extra bed or crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Additional fees are not calculated automatically in the total cost and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Check-in is at our sister property the Argyll Hotel located directly across the road. Check-in is after 15:00 (If you arrive earlier we would be happy to hold your luggage). Check-out is by 11:00. If you are not leaving the city until later we are happy to hold your luggage. Group bookings over 5 rooms will have a group cxl policy that is flexible up to 30 days before arrival applied. Group bookings made within 30 days of arrival will be subject to prepayment.
